We had a great stay with our 2 and 5 year old. The property was as listed and made for a very comfortable stay.

We have been coming to the Windsor Hills resort complex for several years now. Each time, staying in a new unit. Sunjit's unit was very lovely and nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the tennis courts, as we played pickle ball several times during our stay. For those with smaller kids, the walk to the pool may have been a bit far, but my kids ages 8 to 11 had no problem. We won't hesitate to book this unit again. Thank you Sunjit for a great stay.

As a family of 5 doing a four day Disney trip, the location and amenities at this rental were perfect for us. Comfortable, clean, very responsive host. Kids loved the Mickey decor and the toys provided. My kids really loved the Mickey mouse toaster and pancake maker, it was a very sweet extra special part of breakfast one day. The pool, splash pad and water slides were great - the kids enjoyed our day at the pool very much! Easy drive to all Disney locations, just a little traffic in the AM. We ordered in groceries and items from Target, super easy. Walmart is very close, very busy, but closer by.

Our family loved our stay! Short walk to the pool kids were whooped everyday! The place was clean and super easy to get to! Went to olds towne for one of the days here and the kids also loved that would recommend it as well. Would definitely recommend this place to others and we hope to return as well. Thank you

Excellent location, easy highway access to any theme parks. The resort pool was gorgeous and perfect for a family with small children. Plenty of towels available and fun extras like kid floats for the pool. Mattresses on the beds are definitely in the firm category. But all the furniture was clean and well maintained. Host was exceptionally communicative and provided lots of information that made getting supplies on our way in easy and navigating the resort amenities. Our family would definitely stay here again for future visits.

We had an great time at the Mickey condo! Just a short distance from Walt Disney World! Shopping and dinning all down the road in minutes of driving. Arriving was a breeze and staff all made us feel welcomed. The pool was perfect for all ages. The condo was clean and welcoming will all you could need. They’ve thought of everything for kids down to nightlights everywhere and a step stool in the bathroom. The master bed was a little to hard for our comfort. Being so tired from the days at Disney it didn’t faze us much. Much recommend here!

This was a great spot to stay if you’re heading to the Disney parks (very short drive) We booked a few extra days to chill and use the awesome pool facilities and our kids (5 and 8) loved the slides! We were here during Xmas break so the pool was very busy- get there early to reserve your chairs for the day if you plan to have a pool day. Sujit checked in to make sure we were set and enjoying our stay, which we were! Everything was accurate to the listing and all of the instructions for check in/use were clear and precise.

Home was perfect, 12 min from Disney parks, about 30 min from universal. It was easy in and out to property. Well decorated lovely home. Our 9yo daughter loved the bunks, switched from top to bottom on different nights. Great price. Sujit was easily accessible.

We enjoyed the pool and location of this unit, but it was a bit less “wow factor” than what we expected. Be sure to get everything you need from toilet paper to paper towels, tissues, soap, etc. They provide very little as starter. However, Sujit was accommodating and responsive. Free parking and pool wristbands are very nice bonuses for this condo. Our kids were probably too old for the Disney bedroom and we should have known that. They didn’t like the bunk bed but others might. There are lots of baby/toddler items here, so if that’s your family, it’s a great deal.

A fun decorated condo with space for kids- includes everything you’d need for little ones. The space was comfortable and clean and had all amenities to make one able to relax after a day at the parks.

Our host was amazing. His communication is fast. The house was beautiful. I traveled from Wisconsin with my other half and our 4 children and we all had an amazing time. The water park was a plus and the kids enjoyed it everyday that we were there. Walt Disney was right down the road which was convenient because that was our main reason for travel. I loved the fact all the shopping centers, Walmart and Starbucks were close and only within minutes of travel. We will definitely try staying at one of Sujits locations next time we're in Florida. Overall would refer anyone and everyone to stay here! AMAZING!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip! The host was wonderful with communication, the organization and details about the property and check-in/check-out/amenities/local guide was amazing and very appreciated. The listing was exactly as pictured. The kids loved the Mickey themed rooms, toaster, and waffle maker. The beds were very comfortable. It had all the basics you needed and a Walmart where we got the other necessities and Starbucks right down the road as well as many other stores. The pool towels, stroller, and other available extras were so helpful. The water activities were great and we visited the castle park that was unique and fun. We wish we could have experienced more the amenities. The grill and market on-site was nice and convenient. It is close by to so many local parks (Disney, SeaWorld, etc) and desired activities. We will definitely consider staying at one of the hosts locations in the future!

I love Windsor Hills, this was my 3rd time staying there and Sujit's condo made it super accommodating for my family. instructions were clear, not overwhelming. 1 small hiccups but my focus was more on how amazing he took care if it and the communication is being 5stars. Will recommend anyway.

Amazing stay! I truly can't say enough great things about this place. Super clean, easy to check in and out, and so close to the parks. The pool is absolutely beautiful too. Sujit had amazing communication and response time. I would recommend this place over and over and look forward to booking with Sujit in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Disney World. Sujit is a great host. The house is clean. Everything was as described and we no issues with check-in or using the amenities provided. We enjoyed the pool and my son loved the Mickey Mouse themed room. Overall it was a great stay.

We had a great stay! Sujit was a very attentive host, checking in often prior to and during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. The house was very comfortable, close to the parks and the resort area (pool, etc.) was great. We would definitely go back!

I can’t lie if you book this home you wouldn’t regret it. The property is gated, the property is very clean when you arrive. TVs are in every room with Cable, property has great Wi-Fi. The patio/balcony is wonderful and soothing. The host is amazing didn’t have any problems but he still checked on my party and I. The location is literally in around everything from Walmart, the gift shops, great restaurants, and of course Disney !!! We left Disney came to the property to eat and went back to Disney. It’s just that close. I will be back and this will be the property I’ll book again.

Quick to respond and very pleasant. House was clean and fully equipped with equipment for babies. That was a bonus didnt have to worry about bringing my car seat or stroller.

Perfect location. Mickey Mouse bedroom is fun for the kids. The host was very accommodating and communicated throughout the trip to make sure everything was ok with the unit. Could use a deep clean but all in all a wonderful place to stay. Will be booking again with Sujit.

A great location with great amenities. The clubhouse pool was a huge hit for the kids. Sujit was a great communicator and had everything ready for us before check-in. The place did match the pictures, however, it needs a thorough deep cleaning. We had a couple of issues when we arrived with the sinks and showers, but Sujit was able to get those issues fixed right away. If the place was cleaned, I would give it 5 stars,

We had a wonderful stay with our 3-year old and 7-year old. The condo was beautifully decorated and the toys were a great perk! We loved the pool, waterpark, and park. A beautiful community. We will definitely visit again!

We had an incredible stay! The Mickey Mouse condo was very clean, close to parks and conveniently located near Walmart and Starbucks. Sujit thought of everything! The condo was well stocked with everything our family needed for our visit; including a double stroller and other kid supplies. I would highly recommend it!

Nice place, kids loved it. Beds aren’t great and could have been a little cleaner. But we did have a great time and even stayed an extra night.

We stayed here with our 3 young kids for our Disney trip and the location was perfect. The kids loved their room! The host was very accommodating and let us check in a day early due to our original plans not working out. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Great location If you have kids lots for them todo: board games, Xbox, toys, and DVDs The property is nice- i don’t have time to explore but saw lots of family’s enjoying the pool area Apartment has everything you need and close to a Walmart.

Condo well stocked with everything you need for a Disney family vacation - double stroller, booster chairs, etc. Resort community with many amenities - arcade, fantastic pool and water slide, splash pad, tennis courts, ice cream shop. Would stay again!

Overall a beautiful condo, well equipped to keep your little ones busy during down time on your vacation! Only issue we had was the bunk beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on. (My husband and I slept in there with our son & gave my in laws the adult bedroom) Other than that 10/10 would recommend for your trip to Disney. My son loved the room and all the Mickey decals!

Sujit house was amazing super clean , our son was in love with the disney themed room especially since we traveled to go to disney world it was just a magical touch , overall the condo is beautiful everything is amazing . Greetings The Resort was Wonderful & Clean ! Mr. Sujit was so nice and Polite . His place was clean and in Order ! The Water Park was Wonderful He and I really enjoyed our selves . There’s a Movie place there also, Aracade , Exercise room , Golf , etc .

The location is ideal close to many restaurants and supermarkets. Drive to the Disney parks was approx. 15 min away. We had a rental car and the security and overall maintenance was perfect. The apartment is great for a family visiting the Disney parks and taking 1 day to enjoy the pool between park visits. I highly recommend.

The apartment has all the supplies that you need and more. The size is ok, if youR family is 2 adult and 2 kids. Near Disney. Cons: The photo shows an apartment with more light.

The resort is great. Our family loved the pool and the theater which had late release movies available to schedule. The condo was great. The added stroller and pack-n-play made it easier for our family to pack. There were also some toys for our little ones to play with while there. Sujit is a great host, he was very attentive to our needs and made sure any questions were answered and any issues were addressed. We'd definitely stay again.

Sujit's home was just like the pictures. We booked a last minute trip to Disney and needed a place to stay for the weekend. Sujit answered us right away and was always in communication with us throughout the trip. It was just a car ride to Disney World with many shops and restaurants down the road. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and within a great location.

This is a nice, clean condo, with a good location for visiting the Disney Parks. The owner was easy to deal with and the check in/check out process was seamless. The complex is gated, and be sure to follow the rules for gate entry. If you use a ride share service to the parks, ask at the gate the process for ride share drivers to get through the gate. Also - for coffee drinkers - the condo had a drip coffee maker (bring your own filters and coffee) and also a single cup Keurig coffee maker. Thank you for a well maintained vacation rental!

Great location. Very close to Disney, shopping and restaurants. Condo was tastefully decorated, and had a good selection of cookware and dishes. Plenty of room for a family to relax and not feel crowded in a small hotel room. Master bed was firm, but not uncomfortable. Kids really enjoyed their room and had no problem falling asleep after a busy day at the theme parks. Did not visit the pool area on this visit, but have on previous trips to this resort. The water slide / kids area is amazing and a must do when the weather is warm. The owner is very quick to reply if their are any issues. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mickey Mouse condo! The condo is clean and modern. It suited our family of four very well. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. It is close proximity to Disney parks and many other amenities and restaurants. The resort also has a wonderful pool facility… Huge heated pool, hot tub, splash pad and waterslides. This is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you have young children. Our four year old loved the Mickey room! Crib/bedding, strollers, beach towels and toys, and high chair were great. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the condo. Sujit is quick to respond and very gracious. The parking is very accessible and the check-in couldn't be any easier. Having stayed at many different locations in Orlando, we always end up coming back to Windsor Hills. Best one we've found and the atmosphere is great for kids. This condo is as pictured and made a great base for our vacation. Excellent communication with Sujit. Would recommend for any family vacation.

Great location. We found traveling to Disney via rental car very easy from the condo. The kids enjoyed the many toys provided, and having a double stroller and crib provided was so helpful. Pool was beautiful and heated enough to use even on the days that were cooler. Splash pad and water slides not heated so we did not use those but kids didn’t mind. Nice playground on site. Only recommendation would be to have some starter items in the kitchen such as oil, salt, pepper. Tough to cook much without these staples, but don’t want to buy for just a few days. Overall a great stay with two toddlers visiting Disney!

Sujit was wonderful to deal with, always eager to help & checking in via email of course to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Loved to enjoy a relaxing night at the pool after a long day of adventure parks, extremely close to all the theme parks so we never had to deal w/a lot of traffic.

We loved the Mickey Mouse condo. Very clean and perfect for families. Our toddler loved the kid room. VERY close to Disney. I'm not sure it could have been any closer! A few suggestions to future guests - if you plan to cook, bring non-stick spray (for the waffle maker!) and salt & pepper :)

Parfaite organisation tout vous sera expliqué avant votre arrivée. Nous avons trouvé le personnel du complexe sympathique toujours près à vous renseigner. Concernant l'appartement il est très bien équipé. Nous étions avec notre fils de 7 ans qui a adoré sa chambre. Concernant la résidence celle ci est calme et assez proche du club house et de la piscine avec ses jeux d'eaux pour enfants. Nous avons aimé le DJ chaque Samedi de 12h à 15h sur le bord de la piscine. Nous y reviendrons aussi tôt que possible. Didier & Séverine (de France)

This was a great property and close to the parks.

We are a family of four from Scotland and were first timers to Florida. We debated staying onsite at Disney however we are so glad we didn’t. The two bedroom condo was wonderful and was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was there and it was absolutely spotless. The children were thrilled with their room and enjoyed all the little Disney touches. The Mickey waffle maker was a big hit and we enjoyed Mickey waffles for breakfast! The beds were extremely comfortable and enabled us to have a much needed rest after long days at the park. Windsor Hill’s itself is the perfect place to stay as it is so close to Disney. It’s also ideal to relax in if having a rest day as the facilities are lovely. We had the best holiday and made so many wonderful memories that we will cherish forever and the Mickey Mouse condo played a huge part in this! We will definitely be back and now won’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Mickey Mouse Homes!

Condo was great! Pool & and kids zone was awesome! Location thought was ideal, 10-15 to all disney parks, and walmart is right up the road....perfect plac for a family!

Our family vacation was amazing, the owner was great and prompt if I had any questions before or during our stay. I was amazed at how spacious the condo was, the amenities were spot on and I will definitely be back.

The condo was perfect for families. We have 12 & 6 yr old boys, they thoroughly enjoyed their room. They were very happy to stay in and enjoy the room on our days off from parks, which saved money! The master bed was firm and comfortable, my back never hurt! There was everything needed to cook. There were Tupperware containers, which was very helpful with packing snacks for park days. Giant TVs in every room. Quiet and Super clean. It felt like home. Close to everything. Owner was very helpful and worked with me when we had unexpected change in dates. I would absolutely stay again!

Condo was very clean. My kids LOVED the Mickey themed bedroom and the toys left in the kids closet. It was stocked with all the essentials you could need. There was a very minor hiccup with some of the cleaning supplies that were to have been left in the beginning of the stay, but Sujit responded quickly to my email and resolved the situation promptly. This was our first time staying off Disney property and it was a very positive experience. I loved coming back from an exhausting day at the parks to a place that felt like home and not a hotel room.

We love spending our Spring Breaks at the Mickey Mouse Condo!! We were sad to leave and can't wait to return next year.

The Mickey Mouse condo was perfect for our family! Our son loves the Mickey Mouse bedroom and bathroom and has a new found love of air hockey! We loved the heated pool and play areas as well. We would definitely stay there again!

We stay in Orlando 2-3 times every year and this is the best place we have ever rented. The unit is clean and very well decorated. The location can’t be beat. If you have young kids, this unit has EVERYTHING you need - 3 strollers, crib, highchair.... The unit also has lots beach towels, pool toys, even a cooler. The welcome package was full of information about Windsor Hills and the general area. I HIGHLY recommend this rental!

Wonderful stay. Perfect with a 1 and 3 three year old. They loved the decor and it was planned for families. So nice not to worry they were going to break things and every necessary kid item was in the condo. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

We have stayed in many condos through vrbo and this one was one of our very favorites! Sujit made our stay so comfortable and made traveling/flying with young children so much easier. So many little details were provided - from strollers, high chairs, toys, pack n plays, dvds, etc. plus all the essentials in the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the pool so much! Love that it was heated so we can still swim when it was a tad cooler on some days in January. What a nice, clean community as well! I would highly recommend this condo! Angela & Josh

We had a great time staying in the MIckey Mouse Condo - highlights were the kids’ bedroom which they loved, the pancake maker and the wonderful pool complex. All the logistics were straightforward and as described. Check in was easy and the flat was spotlessly clean. It is very comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied. The pool complex is brilliant and it was warm enough to swim even in the evenings. For any minor issues, Sujit was very quick to reply by email and dealt with things very quickly. Thanks again!

Sujit welcomed us into the condo shortly after arriving via email! Any questions I had he answered. Condo was amazing. My 4 year old loved how it was Mickey Mouse'd out. The proximity to disney and all of the other resorts was unbelievable. Close to a Walmart and target. The staff greeted us upon entering the complex and continued to help whenever we had questions. The guest pool and splash pad were perfect for our family! Cannot say enough about this place !! Cannot wait to go home to book our 2019 trip!!!

This was such a nice place to stay. It was clean and we were provided all the info we needed for check in and check out and it all went very smooth. Very easy to get to and from all the Disney parks. There was enough room for our family of 5. Kids loved sitting on the balcony (screened) each morning to eat breakfast. There was plenty of dishes/pots/pans/crockpots for any kind of cooking. Huge plus was the resort pool being heated! Even on a 62 degree day the kids all swam. Our friends staying on Disney couldn't do that as their pool wasn't warm enough.

My family had a wonderful stay at the condo. Very clean and close to everything! Only takes 10 minutes to get to Disney. We enjoyed the pool and kid's water park! Would stay again. Owner is very nice and provides quick response to any questions you may have.

We loved this condo! The host checked in with us shortly after arriving to make sure everything was going well. Super close to Disney, restaurants, and stores. The condo is stocked with everything you need plus more. There were floaties, strollers, toys, a cooler. We hope to stay there in the future. Everything was also very clean.

Prior to our arrival, Sujit emailed me a welcome letter, a map of the complex, and a list of nearby businesses. The documents were well-organized and also very helpful. The condo is so beautiful- what you see, is what you get. It is also in a great location and near Disney as indicated in the overview. There is also a small market within the complex. The game room and theatre were a great entertainment option for the children. We loved the pool as well. Sujit and his wife were very kind and easily reachable if needed. We returned home last night and are looking forward to staying there again in the near future!

The Condo is located in a gated community with security around the clock. The building where we stayed was clean and quiet. The inside of the condo had everything that we needed and was kept clean. My kids loved the swimming pool. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the condo for a week in June 2018 for a Disney trip. The location and amenities were perfect for our family of four (two kids ages 6 and 3). The drive to Disney was just a few miles; although typical Disney traffic made the drive take a bit longer, this is just to be expected of Disney. Our kids loved the resort pool - heated, Zero-entry, generally shallow waters made it perfect for everyone. We also utilized the resort fitness center and general store. The resort area was nice for walks/jogs, too, although we did also venture out to the sidewalks on there main roads for running. Super close to all grocery stores. We figured the price per night for this condo, even with Disney parking rates, was about the same as a “value” Disney resort, but we were able to get two bedrooms/two baths plus all of the above amenities, and it was nice to have extra space. Only small complaint - the wait to check in upon our Sunday night arrival was long, about 30 minutes after a 17-hour car ride. Though the gated security was nice, having to check-in here for a simple pass to scan in/out of the resort was a pain. Not a reflection on the condo itself, but just be prepared if you’re checking in on a busy night.

We truly loved it. Made our vacation a real getaway with the comforts of home. The owner was so very easy and nice to work with!! Will def stay again!!!

Absolutely beautiful place! The condo is exactly how you see it on the pictures. The kids loved it and we couldn’t ask for a better place. Very close to Animal Kingdom and just a quick ride to Magic Kingdom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the washer and dryer are big and helped me out with doing laundry in no time. Definitely recommend this place and enjoyed how well organized everything was. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems!

My husband and I took our 1 year old to Disney and stayed at The Mickey Mouse condo. From the moment we booked, Sujit was extremely accommodating and professional. The condo is set up with everything you may ever need. We were happily surprised to find a bin full of toys that our little one played with all week. The complex itself is clean, and makes you feel right at home while on vacation. The parks were a short 12-15 minute drive away and it was really convenient having the Super Walmart right down the road where we bought groceries to cook for the week. We will definitely be returning to Sujit’s properties the next time we are in Orlando. It was a seamless and memorable trip!

A wonderful place to relax and spend time with family between Disney excursions. The pool was particularly excellent and provided a safe environment for kids to have fun while adults can actually relax. We'll miss this place!

This was our second time staying and we truly love it! Great condo, great amenities, great location!

Everything is just as pictured. Immaculate. The Windsor Hills amenities are wonderful. Even though they were in the process of a fabulous upgrade of the pool area and water park area we were still able to swim comfortably in the heated pool during our extremely chilly stay in early March. The apartment was adorable and well appointed. We actually rented both Mickey Mouse Pad and Mickey Mouse Condo which was also just as wonderful. Only thing we could have asked for, would have been a few toys or books for the 3-6 year old age range. Otherwise there were baby toys, movies, x box and air hockey or fooze ball table games for entertainment. Of course after a day at the park and a swim the kids will probably be too exhausted to play with anything else.

It was an amazing space that my family felt like home in.

Thanks very much for a clean and kid friendly condo for our Disney visit. Great kitchen and the kid room was perfect for our young daughter. Plenty of toys to try in the closet. The layout of the rooms made it easy to let a kid sleep and still relax in the living room. Ceiling fans and a great balcony to use. Within 10-15 mins of all parks and plenty of stores if you need anything (Walmart, Walgreens). Only request whatsoever would be that the bathroom and bedroom doors in the adult room kept swinging closed slowly while going in and out and unpacking. Fast and easy elevator to use so moving bags and kids was fine.

We loved the Mickey Mouse condo! It was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was very clean and extremely kid friendly. We took advantage of the baby crib, baby toys, high chair, board games, and netflix. Our daughter loves the Mickey waffle maker and the bunk bed. We will be referring his condo to our friends and family.

First time off-property we really enjoyed the convenience right near Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, close to restaurants and Walmart for food shopping. Place is well decorated with nice upgrades throughout to counter and floors. Nice large televisions, comfortable beds. Only negative was we had to supply our own dish and laundry detergent, but I guess that’s common practice. Will likely stay again next time we do Disney.

We spent 6 days at this lovely apartment and enjoyed every minute. It is very comfortable and its perfectly accommodating for a family with small children. Great condo in a very nice resort! Everything was clean and as described freshly renovated. Kids loved all the toys available to play with as well as their beautiful Mickey themed room. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to go swim but the pool looked great. Currently in renovation will even make it better for the future with new slides & kids zone Finally condo is very well located. Close to everything (restaurants, stores...) and very close to Disney. Thank you for everything, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice experience near Disney.

It was clean, quiet, and close to Disney and anything else you could need. The pool was very large and not over crowded. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Mickey Mouse condo. My girls (9 and 2) loved the mickey decoration, toys and pool.

Great kids room with tons of toys. Perfect location (10-20 minutes to any Disney park). The property is very clean/safe. Playground on site our kids enjoyed. Grocery stores are 5 minutes away. Trash gets taken out daily. Just one note: they do provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, but if you have extended stay you may need to buy more (at either the store or else the clubhouse on site). Overall, if you are traveling with kids; I would highly recommend this over a disney hotel. You have 3 separate rooms (for a fraction of the cost) and the ability to stock up on groceries to save money there as well.

Windsor Hill is a great place to stay especially for families. Near to Disney and full of ameneties like pool, playground or mini-golf. The whole area of Windsor Hill is very clean and in great shape. The Condo is beautiful and well equiped even with strollers for the little ones. Sujit is a very communicative host and provides much information in advance. In case of a problem - we had one with the A/C - he helped us in no time. We would love to stay there again - thanks Sujit.

We were super close to Disney Parks and had plenty of space. The pool was great too and you could walk to the pool from the condo. Great vacation, we hope to stay here again!

Hurricane Irma passed through our stay at Mickey Mouse Condo and despite the bad moment we do want to highlight Sujit's help and support. In the most critical moments people's best comes out. He gave us all the recommendations to face and to be prepared for Irma. He even offered his house if something got wrong. But fortunately nothing bad happened. The apartment was prepared for that. The doors and windows isolated the wind perfectly well, even the mosquitos net resisted. The power was never interrupted, and the resort was not flooded. The apartment is on the last floor and the roof doesn't have concrete as we have in our country. We were worried about the wooden structures blowing away, but as I said before nothing happened apart from creaking. We could use the landline for international calls (not mobiles). Sujit allowed us to stay for 4 more days because we had to cancel our visit to Miami. So at the time of full booking situation we were really relieved. All the other reviews I read before traveling were very accurate, the facilities were perfect. We always felt home. Definitely, we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay.

We loved staying at the Mickey Condo. Above all, the contact with Sujit was fantastic. Close by and available if needed. The condo is comfortable and very well utilized (kitchen pots, pans, large refrigerator, rice cookers, dish washer etc), washer/dryer, games for the kids, netflix etc. We had some small points of improvement (changing light bulb, fastening toiletseat, stroller footrest broken etc) and Sujit fixed all of those right away. Don't know if we we're the only one, but it was a pain to open de (drive way) gate with the card we received. But the guards we're helpful time and time again. Pool looked very nice, but we didn't have time to swim. Husband did use the gym and was very satisfied. We had a car and it was a 10 - 15 minutes drive to any of the parks we visited. All in all, we would stay in one of Sujits places for sure on a next visit. Thanks Sujit!!!

Our family had such a fantastic time while visiting Disney, and Mickey Mouse Condo was a welcome place to come "home" to after a long day! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the Mickey Mouse waffle maker was a great touch! The owner made sure our stay was comfortable and took care of small issues right away. I would highly recommend Mickey Mouse Condo to any family with 3 or less children visiting Disney! We'll be back for sure!

The Condo was great for our Family of 5 (our kids are 8, 7 & 4). Well decorated and well maintained, everything seemed pretty new. Very quiet, we never heard any noise from the neighbors. The resort is family friendly and it was easy to access all the amenities. We spent a full day at the pool, its a big pool but I could easily keep an eye on our young ones while they splashed around.

Everything was as described and pictured. Super clean! And great amenities to keep the kids busy, located in a very nice neighborhood. Only a 10 minute drive to disney world. Will definitely be staying here again, and will recommend.

A short 12-15 minute drive from all the parks and much more affordable than a Disney resort! The owner was very attentive, responsive, and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

The location​ is excellent for a Disney World trip, it's close to shops and restaurants as well. The resort facilities are good and well maintained. We stayed in the Mickey Mouse condo and absolutely loved it. It is a 10 minute drive to Disney, has 2 bedrooms, and is very clean. Sujit was responsive/prompt and gave great recommendations. My 2 and 5 year old loved the pool, toys, and selection of movies. I have stayed on Disney properties before and thought it was the best experience; however, this changed my mind.

The condo was just like the pictures. Super Nice with Disney theme. Secured gated community. We did not get a chance to enjoy the amenities because we were at the parks most of the time. This property I think is managed by a company. So unlike other Airbnb properties we've stayed at before. There was no salt, pepper, jelly, butter, cooking spray, sugar, paper towels, coffee or left over beer lol (you know stuff that others leave behind that comes in handy) . So if you plan on cooking you will have to go grocery shopping. Which was ok because the store is with in 5 mins. In fact everything is just 5 mins away including Disney World. By the way there is a patio but you will not have access to it. It seemed to be permanently locked. I think the things I'm pointing out are do to the company no wanting to be liable. I would definitely stay here again but factor in a day just to relax after all the walking and standing from the parks

My husband, daughter and I stayed in the Mickey Mouse condo on a recent trip to Kissimmee in April 2017. The condo was clean and well equipped for a family. My daughter loved the bunk beds and toys in her room! The condo is in close proximity to the Disney parks--we went to all four of them. The facilities at the condo were great! We enjoyed using the pool and work out room. Sujit emailed me soon after we arrived to check in. I mentioned a minor issue with the front door, and he addressed it immediately. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to a friend!

The unit was decorated very nicely and our kids ages 3 and 5 loved the Mickey Mouse room. Everyone was very kind and friendly in the community. The unit is on the 4th floor (and there is an elevator). All the amenities shown were listed and more. Our kids also loved the playground which was a nice break on our down days from Disney. The unit is approximately 10 minutes fron the Disney service roads. After that you still have another 30 minutes to go with parking and catching the ferry boat over to WDW. Overall, The owner is very kind and I think it will make for an enjoyable stay.

We stayed in this 2 bed, 2 bath condo in March 2017. The location was convenient to Disney (5-10 minute drive from Magic Kingdom). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. This is the first time I have rented a condo and it would be a hard sell to stay at a hotel again after this experience. The facility has a pool, game room and exercise room as well as a small convenient store and movie rental. My only comment is that we arrived at night and the address was hard to see in the dark. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

We really enjoyed our 5 nights in the condo. It is decorated in a very cute and comfortable way. In addition The location is very convenient to the Disney property and the grounds are well maintained.

We very much enjoyed our time at this property. We visited a couple theme parks during our week which were very close by. The other days we enjoyed the pool and theater that are on site at this location. It was very convenient. Our unit was equipped with just about anything you can imagine. It was very clean. The entire rental process was very easy. Our security deposit was refunded within hours of check out. We'd definitely stay at this property again!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was extremely clean and made us feel right at home. My daughter couldn't stop talking about her room and bathroom. There were even toys and strollers in the kids room to use. It only took us 5 min to get to Disney. I've stayed at some really nice hotels but would choose this condo over them any day! We will be back for sure even if we have to plan our next trip dates around the condos availability!

Upon arrival the community is gated, giving you an added security. The condo had it all! Modern appliances and amenities, including electronics, toys for younger children, and strollers. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms updated. The experience was made better by the decorations throughout the condo, which my younger aged children loved. The owner was also prompt in responding to our reservation request, which is a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt very at home at this property. It was well represented on VRBO and the space in the apartment is good. Our daughters loved the wall murals and the Mickey Mouse Waffle maker! The security staff at the entrance could not have been politer nor more helpful. We were able to get back to the apartment quicker than friends using in resort transport to their hotel.

My family and I spent 4 days at Mickey Mouse condo in November 2016. We loved the condo and the entire resort area. The kids absolutely LOVED their Mickey themed bedroom and bathroom. The condo itself was tastefully decorated and well appointed. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The owner was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The location cant be beat! Only minutes away from Disney and a short drive to Universal. Having many restaurants and stores nearby was also great. We highly recommend this condo to families with young kids looking for a wonderful place to stay while visiting the theme parks. We can't wait to start planning our next Disney vacation in this beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed the Mickey Mouse condo! It was beautifully decorated and well equipped for our needs. Our children loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom and the toys they discovered there. The Keurig in the kitchen was such a bonus. I really appreciated the extra towels for the pool and all the DVDs for the kids. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. Our kids loved the awesome bunk bed and slept so well at night. The strollers and pack n play were so helpful, and saved us from having to pack them. A lot of thought was put into this condo for visiting families. I am pretty sure I am going to have to redecorate my daughter's room at home after this visit! ;-) The owner was so nice and helpful too. I really appreciated that. We will be back for sure!

A very nice house in a very good neighborhood. Sujit was really helpful and very communicative right from the start. It is really close to the Disney parks yet away and secluded to give you enough peace. I highly recommend it for families. The community has enough to occupy your kids when you are tired of dragging them to the Disney parks.

We have rented many homes for vacation purposes and this was the best place we've ever stayed. The condo is stocked beyond anything I've ever seen. High chair, pack n play, toys for kids of all ages (including board games for adults.) The kitchen is very usable for cooking. All appliances are brand new. There was even a blender and a slow cooker!! They really thought of everything. Host was in communication the whole time. Your speedy to respond. We were there to go to the Disney parks. Very close and easy drive. Easy drive from Orlando International Airport. If you are thinking about this property, book it! You will not regret it.

Nous avons un petit bébé d'un an et un petit garçon de 4 ans donc nous recherchions un endroit équipé pour les enfants ! Ce condo est parfaitement équipé ! Il y a des bacs de jouets, des articles pour bébé (chaise haute, parc, poussette, etc.), une laveuse-sécheuse (!), etc. Il est également situé très proche des parcs de Disney et à 30 minutes de Legoland. Bref, tout simplement parfait pour une petite famille ! Le condo était également impeccable de A à Z. Sujit a également répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions et demandes. Expérience inoubliable que nous recommandons chaudement !!!

My family stayed here for four nights back in September. The place was professionally decorated and the Kitchen was nicely equipped. My kids really enjoyed the kids bedroom.The Xbox Kept my 13 year old busy. The Location is very convenient to the Disney Parks , shopping & restaurants. The Property Owner Sujit was such a pleasure to deal with. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend this place!!!

We loved our condo at Windsor Hills! We have just a couple small suggestions...fluffier pillows in the master bedroom, and shelving in the shower for shampoo, etc. The pool is great but we would love to see some updated furniture (the metal gets very hot) and a small bar would be great! This was our second visit to Windsor Hills and we will probably be back!

Sujit was in contact with me before, during, and after our stay. I appreciated his welcoming attitude and responsiveness to two issues that arose early in our trip. He rectified both situations with no problems. The apartment itself was cute and cozy. The kitchen was nicely equipped. My kids had a great time and we would definitely stay again if we return to the area!

We took our first family visit to Disney and decided we'd rather stay in a condo than a hotel on property. This condo was great. It was clean, nicely decorated, had what we needed in the kitchen. The pool was nice, and the community is gated and safe. The drive to the Disney entrance took five minutes. This was a great price and allowed us to have our own rooms, a washer/dryer, a kitchen, and our own bathrooms instead of all of us cramming into a hotel room. My children (ages 4-14) loved the Disney-themed room. The community is also close to restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4!I It was clean, very modern and decorated very well, and had everything needed plus more. The owner really thought of extras for everyone - movies, Xbox games, kitchen items, you name it. We loved that they had board games and we played them several nights. Windsor Hills is also a nice resort and the kids enjoyed the pool. It was super close to Disney and only about 10 minutes from Seaworld, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove. We were there a week and zero complaints! Sujit, the owner, is super easy to work with and funny at that. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and I would definitely stay again in the future!!

Just finished our stay here at the Mickey condo and my family and I had an amazing time. The condo is beautiful exactly like the pictures. Very clean, modern and comfy. We felt very comfortable during our stay and will be stay here again on our next visit to Disney. As my son says it "can't wait to go back to the Mickey house.

This condo is absolutely perfect. It is very spacious and decorated beautifully. The owners thought of everything. We are a family of 5 and everything we could possibly need was provided. Condo was just as described and photographed. Sujit was a great host and was super easy to communicate with. We had an awesome stay and would highly recommend the condo to anyone especially those with kids. Our daughter who is 2 absolutely loved the kids bedroom and is still talking about her Mickey bedroom a week after our stay. The location of the resort is super convenient to the Disney parks and has plenty shopping and restaurants nearby. All around fantastic experience!

Condo is in a fantastic location, a quick 5-10 min drive to Disney parks.. The condo is extremely well equipped with TVs in all rooms, extensive hd channels, kitchen fully equipped and everything in great working order. Furniture and beds are comfortable and clean - locks are coded so no need for keys and parking is outside - all very easy just a quick check in at reception and you are all set. I would recommend and stay here again.

Mickey Mouse Condo is definitely a great place to stay. Absolutely beautiful! That too when you have a toddler, they will be super excited. Everything looked exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean and had all the basic necessities to start us out feeling right at home. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking. It had lot of toys, games which kept our toddler engaged. She called it Disney home :) Sujit was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Even we called him once late night for an urgent help, he responded immediately and helped us out. We can't wait to stay here again! Thank you Sujit! We highly recommend this place.

Sujit's place was exactly as described. Very nicely decorated and functional. Absolutely no concerns. We had loads of fun. He even helped with some Disney planning tips.

My family and I had a wonderful experience. Our host stayed in contact with us and made sure that everything was perfect. I honestly booked this place at the last minute because the place I wanted was unavailable and I'm so happy that it was. I had a really good experience here. The condo was very spacious and very clean. We cooked dinner every night as if we were home and the dining area made it feel just like that. My baby nephew had a ball with all of the children's toys and my son enjoyed the Xbox. The resort itself was nice as well. The pool and the slide were a definite hit. Overall my experience here was great. It definitely felt like a home away from home.

Sujit was a great host. Communication was thorough and quick. The apartment was amazing! Everything was newly renovated and the resort had numerous activities. We used the tennis court, but toured the basketball court, pool, hot tub, game room, movie theater, etc…. There's plenty of activities for everyone. The welcome center staff are great folks. They helped us plan our stay and are very well informed on everything going on in the Orlando area. The apartment's master bedroom suite is large and the bed is very comfortable. I look forward to renting this space again and highly recommend it to all. You will not be disappointed!!

Mickey mouse house is a great condo with lots of facilities. Very near to Disneyworld. If you have a car, everywhere is only about 15-20mins drive away ( Outlet malls, Universal Studio, Seaworld) Sujit was a great host,he is informative and helpful. Although we missed the chance of meeting, he kept in touch often and his response was very prompt. The stroller that came with the condo was great for my 4 year old in Disneyworld. There were board games in the house too. All new, still in their wrappers :) My 3 young children loved their room. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The place is very clean and the sound proofing is good. We didn't hear our neighbours or any noise from the surroundings. We will sure rent this place again if we are back in Orlando. A very good price for an amazing condo like Sujit's. I have already recommended this condo to my friends!

The condo was super clean, the community is absolutely beautiful, and all the staff are polite and friendly. It’s super close to literally any and everything you could need. Disney was less than 10mins away and my kids loved the water park and pool the resort has. This will definitely be our #1 place to stay on our next Orlando visit. We had a great time at Sujit’s place. He was very responsive with any questions we had. My kids had so much fun in the pool, water park and water slides. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was great with just 15-20 minutes to the Disney theme parks depending on traffic.

We had a great time at Sujit's apartment. The apartment is as described and has many extra amenities for children. We also really liked Windsor Hills with the pool, slides and game hall. Disney was just a short drive away and a Walmart around the corner. Highly recommended!

The only thing I regret about my Disney vacation was not staying in Sujits home the entire time. This place felt just like home we loved everything about it.

Sujit’s space was a wonderful home base during our family’s trip to Disney. Our young kids enjoyed the decor and child-friendly items like kid chairs and low reachable light switches. It’s the first AirBnB we’ve stayed at that had a closet full of amenities to ease travel w kids (high chair, strollers, toys, crib, etc). Thank you Sujit for your organization and wonderful communication with us and also for your thoughtfulness towards the smallest travelers!

We enjoyed our stay at the Mickey Mouse Pad. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and looked pretty just like the pictures. My daughter loved her bedroom with the Mickey decorations and toys. The owner was very responsive to questions even before we arrived. We enjoyed the amenities of Windsor Hills including the pool and jacuzzi on our rest days.

This was a wonderful place for our family getaway. Very close to shops, stores, and theme parks. We will definitely stay here again on our next Orlando vacation. Sujit was very prompt and helpful with any questions we had. Staying here made for a fun and memorable vacation.

Great place! It was close enough to the parks for us to get everywhere within 15 min and it had literally everything we could have needed for our two toddlers. The pool was amazing and the splash pad was so fun for our girls on our rest day. Easy checkin and checkout process. We would definitely stay again and our only complaint was the queen bed in the master wasn’t very comfortable. It didn’t matter too much after an exhausting park day but we would have enjoyed a more comfortable mattress. The kids room was so perfect and had toys and any baby/toddler item you can think of including a crib AND a pack n play. All this to say we had an amazing stay overall and highly recommend this place.

We only needed to stay for one night before we flew out but it was great. There was a Walmart 5 minutes down the road which was very convenient. Our only complaint was the amount of noise from the traffic. The sliding glass doors seemed to be poorly sealed which let in a lot of noise. Overall a great stay though.

My family and I are extremely happy with our stay! There were lots of stuff to do and right by the parks which made it easy for travel. Highly recommend staying with them!

5 Star experience! Convenient location 10 minutes or so to each Disney park, as well as in a high traffic area with anything you may need. Unit is exactly as pictured and is stocked full of thoughtful extras (umbrella strollers, games, toys, child potty seat, etc) the community heated pool, holiday decor, easy parking, and marketplace were all added resort bonuses.

Sujit was absolutely the most accommodating AirBnB host I’ve ever dealt with. Our vacation took many unexpected turns with weather issues and child illnesses and all we wanted to do was extend our trip one more day to have a sunny, pool day. We were already staying in Windsor Hills at another house but they were already booked for the weekend and I reached out to Sujit to see if he could accommodate us for one night. He responded immediately and made our check out/check back in process seemless, easy, and made our vacation 1000x better. His condo is amazing and well-suited for our family of four with two little kids. I will 100% reach back out to him to rent again and this or any of this other properties!

Wonderful stay. Sujit is an amazing host and excellent with communication. We had a small issue arise during our stay and he was on top of making sure everything was handled quickly. My kids loved the pool and splash pad. It was a home run!! Condo is in excellent location to all the parks.

We had a great time at this Airbnb the location is amazing you can actually see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot the location is a definite plus but the ad exaggerates the amenities a little bit the bar and Grill is more of a convenience store that sells pizza the arcade is in very poor condition when we were there every single game was broken the pool and waterpark are nice however when we were there they needed to be cleaned very bad Sujit is a great host With excellent communication and the check in process was a breeze the only reason we didn’t get five stars is due to the broken or exaggerated amenities and the house specifically the bathrooms were not clean when we checked in

We had such a nice time staying here. Very close to the parks and Walmart! You have a view of Disney parks fireworks from your bedroom window such a sweet bonus for those nights you aren’t there :) We had a little issue with the code in the begin but Sujit responded very fast with the proper code. This condo was wonderful and better than advertised. Our family of 5 (with 3 kids under 7 fit comfortably and slept well. Communication and check in was painless and dialed, which helped as we got in late and had 0 issues. The condo was very clean and we put some of the toys and strollers to use while we were there! The kitchen had everything we needed, the kids bedroom was awesome and the condo overall was comfortable. We felt extremely safe in the gated neighborhood and the kids liked the neighborhood pool as much as Disney, according to them. We were very impressed with the overall experience having never done a family trip to this area, we feel like we scored. We also loved how close we were to Disney & Starbucks. Sujit was also very responsive and went above and beyond to meet our needs. An excellent experience and we would stay here again.

Great space for our family’s Disney Vacation!

Sujit’s place was everything we hoped it would be! Close to the parks, clean, spacious and inviting. Our plane arrived way earlier than check in so it was great to be able to use the resort amenities before checking in - we spent the day relaxing poolside. Sujit was also SUPER communicative and very easy to get in touch with!

We went to Orlando to take the kids to Disney. Thought the decor fit the vacation perfectly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. My daughter was over the moon excited when she saw the Mickey themed room and all of the toys that were available kept her busy. Great location and secured with staff at the gate. Check in process was a breeze and it was always easy to communicate with Sujit. Only flaw I would mention is that the cleaning team could have been more attentive. Overall, we would stay here again when we go back to Disney.

Very cute place to stay. We had food on the kitchen counter for 10minutes while unpacking and it was bombarded with ants. We threw our food away which cost us money. Overall the place was worth the value. Close proximity to stores and Disney parks made our stay nicer.

Great spot! Close to the parks, with a good view of the fireworks at night. We had two small kids with us, so we needed somewhere close to come back to take naps and recharge for the afternoon. The pool and arcade were a great added bonus for the days we wanted to come back early and relax a little. Perfect spot for a family not wanting to share one hotel room and pay those crazy Disney Hotel prices.

Everything was perfect!!! From the location to the decor to the cleanliness, we couldn’t have found a more perfect spot for our family vacation! Our 3 and 4 year old boys loved the Mickey themed room and being able to watch the fireworks from far away! (One hates the sound they make and that wasn’t an issue here!). Sujit was incredibly responsive and we’ve already recommend several ifriends stay here! We look forward to our next visit!

Gorgeous place to stay! Great location and the resort was very nice! My kiddos loved the pool and splash pad! Also, the Disney themed room was adorable! Be sure to grab some essentials if you’re going to have a longer stay! (Trash bags, toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels). It was a very firm mattress. Some people may like that, but it’s not my thing. My hips were killing me, haha. Overall a great value!

It is a very safe gated community. With a awesome pool and playground. The Mickey Mouse pad was just like the pictures, and our children loved staying there! Every night we could watch the fireworks on the patio. It was very magical, we would love to visit again!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Location was great, and the kids liked the pool area, plus the extra disney touches in the condo were a hit. The view is slightly obstructed by a larger tree; however, we were also happy to catch more viewing time of the Magic Kingdom fireworks. Sujit was a wonderful host who provided a wealth of information upon booking, and he responded in a timely manner.

Sujit’s Mickey Mouse Pad exceeded our expectations. Equipped with everything that was needed. Plenty of towels, beach towels, planners pillows etc. Toys for the kiddos, Xbox for our gamers & of course internet access for The kids to watch YouTube & make them feel right at home. A few days worth of everyday essentials provided as well. Will need more if staying for several days. Shopping near by. But beware Wal-mart is extremely busy in that area so avoid if you absolutely have to. Many restaurants near by as well. Loved having laundry facilities right in the unit as well with a large family keeping up with laundry is a plus even on vacation. Overall, the place was very spacious, more than enough room for our party of 6. The kids really loved the Disney themed room & bathroom. Perfect location for access to the Disney parks & easy access to other attractions in the Orlando area. The check in was very easy, gate attendants very pleasant and helpful. The grounds of Windsor hills was very beautiful. Being in a gated community made our family feel very safe and worry free during our stay. My kids enjoyed the pool area especially the slides. The arcade area and of course ice cream! I would definitely recommend to others visiting the area. Thank you again Sujit & Mickey Mouse pad for a wonderful experience. The location, amenities, and host were all AMAZING!! Check in was very easy and all instructions were very easy to follow. Communication with the host was the best I’ve experienced since using AirBnb....that’s always a plus! The condo was great and stocked with all the supplies I needed for our family....we only had to provide our own food items and there is a Wal-Mart located right outside of the neighborhood. The only thing that wasn’t absolutely perfect was the cleanliness. Everything was spotless for the most part, except the furniture in the kids bedroom and all the light switches. Luckily, I always bring cleaning supplies and was able to clean all the fingerprints and marks left behind before we settled in. I know that was the fault of the cleaner and not the condo owner, and it didn’t change how amazing this trip was for our family! I will definitely consider the list of homes hosted by Sujit for our next Orlando visit! What a perfect host!

We loved how close we were to Disney and to so many restaurants. I truly enjoyed staying here over a Disney resort room. It was very nice to have a spacious place to relax in after a long day in the parks. The condo was super cute, well decorated and clean. The walk from the condo to the pool was not bad at all either. We will definitely be back.

This rental property was absolutely amazing! I love that it had strollers and a crib already in the Room! It was clean and beautiful and spacious and it was absolutely perfect I could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Great place for a Disney vacation. The location is great and the pool is incredible. The only thing I would do differently for next time is drive down or rent a car as not much is within walking distance and Uber can be spotty/expensive. The condo is great, though.

This place was a wonderful place to stay during our Disney trip with 3 kids. The boys loved playing xbox in downtime and the pool was a big hit. We loved being able to make Mickey waffles and toast every morning. Everything a family needs was here. Because we like to pack very light on trips, having a washing machine and dryer is essential. The game system for the kids really helped make for a peaceful time for the adults! The kids liked this place as much as the park and I can’t imagine a better set-up.

Enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Very close to Disney, and thr kids loved the water park. Power went out during our stay, and the property owner checked on us multiple times. The only recommended improvement would be a new mattress in the main bedroom, but everything else was great!

After reading all the reviews, we really had high expectations from this place, the community, the the host! I can affirmatively say they all were met and exceeded!! First, the apartment is nicely appointed and has all the basics covered. The extras like strollers, high chair, full size crib, pack n plays, booster seat, toys, etc. were so nice! Everything was in good condition and you could tell the condo was being well maintained. The Windsor Hills resort was absolutely mind blowing. It was quiet. The elevators for each building are fantastic and you hardly ever wait more than second, the resort was definitely occupied but parking was never an issue, pool area is AMAZING!!! Quick 10 minute drive to any of the Disney parks! So close to Walmart!!! Brand new area being built just down the road called H2O that has trendy shops, nice restaurants of all types, I mean my wife and kids love to travel and this was one of our best experiences ever! This location simply can’t be beat. Far enough away to feel quiet. Resort is very secure. Guards were very friendly. Pool was not crowded. Pool is heated year round to 84 degrees. Splash pad and slides are more that I’ve ever seen at a place. Zero entry. No hidden fees and no extra fees. Trash picked up daily right from your door. WiFi was good. 3 large HD Samsung TVs. Game systems, plenty of towels. Can’t wait to come back or visit another of Sujit’s properties in this community!!!

If you are traveling to Disney area with family.. this is the place to stay! Great location and close to everything! Super clean! Also, had all the necessities we needed while we were there. Traveling with twin babies isn’t easy and Sujits place had a crib, high chair, toys and everything needed to keep everyone happy and entertained. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing, stylish decor. Family friendly place. Host was fast to respond to any questions. Great place to stay in Orlando !!! Five star rating across the board.

This place was better than expected. It was decorated nicely and was very clean. The air conditioner temperature can only be set to 73, but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. My son loved that there was an Xbox and there were a few games in the drawer. Bring balls if you want to use the foosball table. There’s bins of toys in the big walk in closet for the little ones and tons of movies to watch. It was convenient having the washer and dryer and plenty of towels to use. We stayed during COVID so Disney parks were closed, but it was a quick drive to Disney Springs and about 25 min to Legoland. The location is convenient to pretty much any restaurant or store you can think of. The community has a pool and water park a 5 minute walk away. Remember to get a wristband from the welcome center for the pool area. Tip: Bring garbage bags, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The handbook in the condo says you need to inform security of any food delivery, but security says it’s not necessary. We ordered from Giordano’s.

This place is wonderful. Well equipped with all things to make your trip pleasant. The only thing is you can’t put the A/C below 73. We are used to sleeping with our home cooler so we were warm at night. Another than that this is a great place.

Our family of 5 stayed at the Mickey Mouse Pad for a few days after disembarking from our Disney Cruise. The place was very clean and comfortable and gave us a place to get our laundry done, cook some meals and enjoy the FL parks for a few days before heading home. Sujit was a wonderful host and we would highly recommend his place for anyone traveling with children to the Orlando area looking to save some money from the expensive hotels. Very nice stay! Conveniently located and the resort itself had plenty for the kids to do. Close to the Disney properties and shopping/restaurants. I found it to be very quiet while we were there, could not hear neighbors at all. No concerns, would stay again!

We LOVED our stay here! It was clean and beautifully decorated. Communication was a breeze, and the amenities were as stated. The pool area was really great too! The stroller was perfect for a day at the parks, and there is a crib (not just a pack n play) for infants. Tips: Pack coffee filters, salt & pepper, and a soft cooler to bring drinks to the pool area, & travel mugs! We also used the “Pickup” option at Walmart and pre-bought all of our groceries and needs for the week. Super easy and they loaded right into the car which saved a ton of time!

We have two children (9and7). The room was great for us and would be great for families with younger kids. The room was cute, pool area was fantastic and it was close to all the parks. We went to three different parks during our stay. We didn’t really see fireworks from our balcony (An occasional firework in the distance) but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall this condo was great and location was great. The property owner was great to work with and very responsive.

Sujit’s place was perfect for our weekend vacation. The house was clean, and very stylish! My kids love the Mickey Mouse decorated room! Very closed to Disney parks! Sujit’s it’s a great host!

Sujit is fantastic to work with and very responsive. The unit is so great to bring kids to and has so many things available in the unit making packing so much easier. There are toys/things to play with for all ages, dishes and pans for adults as well as great cups and dishes for kiddos, and so much more. The only thing I’d say there is that I wish a complete list of what was available in the unit was provided so we knew what we didn’t need to bring. An example is that my wife brought a hair dryer not knowing if there would be one, but there was. It’s not so much a negative as it is just wishing we knew more about how many things were available! The last thing I’ll say is that we did have an issue with the smoke alarms, but Sujit and his property management team were amazingly responsive and handled the problem as quickly as possible. Things happen, but it’s all about how you respond to those things and they handled it so well.

We will be back! Not only was the Mickey Mouse Pad condo just as expected but the entire rental experience was top notch. The communication and assistance from the owner was professional and personal. The Windsor Hills community was just what we needed - very accessible to Disney and highways with newly renovated kids splash pad/water slide area. I can’t recommend it enough!

We stayed for 2 weeks at the Mickey Mouse Pad, and would highly recommend. We are a family of 4, and the apartment offered plenty of space for us. It is well furnished and equipped, and the on site swimming pool is lovely. We mainly visited Disney parks, and the property is ideally located for this, with only a short drive to all 4 parks (and a major supermarket, which is very handy). We loved having the self catering facilities, and the provision of the kids toys, and double stroller made packing for 2 weeks away a lot easier (and lighter!). The hosts and their local property manager were very receptive to any questions that we had both, whilst we were there, and prior to our arrival.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Disney parks. There was plenty of room for our 3 kids and was located less than a 10-minute drive from where we wanted to go. We’d definitely stay again in the future.

We love how close this is to the Disney Parks! The price is really reasonable especially given the resources available (cribs, highchair, strollers etc). Much better than a hotel room! We will definitely stay here again for our next trip.

Sujit's condo was beautiful. It was very clean and had plenty of space for my family of 5 to spread out after a long, hot day at Disney. There are endless high end upgrades throughout the condo, as well as beautiful decor throughout. Our kids loved the bedroom and the toys/games provided. We also had a great time at the resort pool.

his place is fantastic. I am recommending it to all of my family and friends. Location is great. Pool and splash pad were a kid’s dream. It’s always nice to be able to cook or pick up a few quick meals. Tip: bring classic flat bottom coffee filters. Tip #2: there is a Target close by. You can order supplies ahead and pick them up before you check in. We will definitely come back.

Great place!! Close to Disney and also not too far from Universal. Our kids loved the Disney themed room and bathroom. It was a great place to unwind at night and on off-days. Would stay there again.

We stayed at Sujit’s place during our trip to Disney. The place was perfect for the kids and they absolutely loved the Disney themed bedroom. It was close enough to Disney with everything you need within minutes. The pool, waterslides and splash pad were a great alternative to Disney when we needed a relaxation day. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect! Close to everything, but never felt crowded in the resort complex. Great amenities and fantastic decor in the unit.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while going to Disney! Very clean, great location and super quiet! It was well stocked with everything we needed while there. Our kids loved the pool, the water slides and the foosball table. We would stay here again if we ever go to Disney again! There were a couple of things that I would change. I would add more washcloths to the linen closets. We ran out the first night and didn't have time to wash any for the next day because we came home late from the park. Also, the master bedroom's sheets were rough to sleep on because the fabric on the bottom sheet and pillows were piling up. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place!

The Mickey Mouse pad was such fun! It was the perfect size for two adult guests, and is adorably whimsical for those that are young at heart! We appreciated all of the amenities and little decorative touches. Also, the Walt Disney World attractions are just about 10-15 minutes away - super location off a main road!! We had an amazing time in this apartment. We had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was really well equipped with lots of appliances and kids plates etc for our little one. The host was really quick at responding to any queries we had and was very helpful. The electronic lock made check-in a breeze and the apartment was stylish and comfortable. A great home away from home. We will definitely revisit!

Our family recently stayed at this property; I am OCD about everything and this place was PERFECT! It was clean, just as advertised, the kids loved everything about this place. We requested early check in and it was accomodated. The view of the fireworks was an added touch in the evenings, the pool area was beautiful, the rental was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home, 10 minutes to Disney, 2 minutes to superwalmart and other amenities; our only suggestion would be to upgrade the master bed sheets as they are bally. If we come to the area again we will definitely stay at this property.

We had such an amazing vacation last week in Disney. This condo was perfect for us, great for kids! It was clean and had everything we needed. My kids were in heaven staying in the kids’ room and enjoyed the toys. We had a good view of the fireworks from the master bedroom window. Checking in and out was easy, and the owners and resort emloyees were all nice. I loved all the detailed info we got from the owners. We didn’t experience the resort much since we were so tired from Disney every day. The only two things I would improve would be a longer/taller shower curtain in the kids’ bathroom, and a privacy deadbolt or chain on the door. I was scared my kids might get confused at night and open the front door so we put a chair in front. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will stay again in the future. And it was in the best location. So close to everything, especially close to Disney. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo is absolutely AMAZING! It is everything it says it is. When you walk in, you get exactly what you saw online in the photos. Fully stocked kitchen with items that are all nice quality and matching, just like at home. Furniture is all very nice, linens are great quality and like new. Beds are very comfortable. The kids room, walk in closet is full of all kinds of stuff a family with kids would need. Lots of storage so you are able to unpack and get things all put away so you don't feel like you are living out of a suitcase the entire trip. It's in a nice quiet location yet closer to the property entrance and a walk from the pool. The pool area(game room, theater, workout room ect) will not disappoint either. So fun! The owners were wonderful!!! We asked for an early check-in and a late check-out, since there was no other family coming or going on those dates they allowed us to do both.....at no extra charge. That says a lot about the kind of people you are renting from!! On the day we checked in the owner also text up to make sure we arrived and everything was good with the condo! Again, says a lot about the owners and their customer service! We will definitely rent from them again and stay in this unit or one of their others at Windsor Hills. (I think they have 6 or 7 units)

We loved the place! Clean, and had everything we needed for a four and 18month old! Place was Awesome for kids! Pool was great and just a five minute walk away! Disney was 10-15 min drive - only a few miles away! We could see fireworks from all the parks- slightly obstructed by trees but still a fun experience! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo we stayed in for our Disney Trip. Our daughter loved the Mickey themed room and bunk beds. Everything was clean and perfect when we arrived and Sujit texted to check in to make sure everything was going well. We were so close to the park so it was easy to get around and the stroller she had available was a lifesaver! Perfect place to stay for our first visit. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Mickey Mouse Pad in August 2018 for a family trip to WDW and Universal. Sujit was responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip and provided ample information to make sure our arrival and stay was comfortable. Walking into this condo is like walking into pictures you see on the website! It is decorated beautifully and has everything you need to feel at home. My sons thought their room was amazing and there was plenty there to entertain them. Location was extremely close to WDW parks (15 minute drive max). Super Walmart is minutes away. Staff at Windsor Hills was friendly and helpful. Pool was great to relax and cool off. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had a great experience with this rental for our family vacation. The mickey mouse room was great with our little kids. Having a crib, stroller, high chair, and other baby items included in the room, made traveling a lot easier. Place was very clean and well kept. Sujit was very responsive and a great host. My family and I spent one week in this property during our vacation in Florida. Overall it was an excellent place to stay. We highly recommend this to other travelers. Owner's service: We received welcome package one week prior to our arrival, it detailed access information, maps and restaurants and amenities around area, which is very useful. On the day of check-in, we received follow up email from owner, make sure we check-in smoothly, very friendly. When we check-out, we did follow check-out instruction, empty the garbage, laundered the towels, dish-washed plates etc. Security deposit was refunded to us just hour after our departure. Facility: Property location is close to Disney world, it is about 10 mins drive. There's restaurant and Walmart close by, which is very convenient. There's hot-tub and swimming pool in the community, we used once. Condo is spacious and kids friendly, equipped with Xbox . All the light switches are at kid height. Small tables and bunk bed in the kid room, stool in the washroom. Kids loved their room. The place is well maintained, and most important is that it is clean. I do not see ants that are usually seen in other Florida property. Again, I would like take this opportune to thank owner provided a nice vacation home for us, it is part of memory of this wonder trip. Thanks, James and Family.

This condo had everything we needed and more! My kids loved their bedroom, my 5 year old was obsessed with the toys and we all loved the space that is hard to get onsite with a family of 5. The condo was clean, well organized, and Sujit was very thorough in his directions on how to get in and all of the amenities on property. The shower head broke off in the master bathroom one day and he had it replaced within hours. We also really loved having the washer and dryer in the condo and it was great to make some of our own meals and not have to rely on theme park food the whole trip. We stayed onsite last time and I far preferred staying in this condo at Windsor Hills. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever return to Florida.

We stayed at this property for 1 week in April 2018 and loved it! The location is great with close proximity to the new Walmart, Disney, shopping, etc. The property is nicely decorated and well maintained. It was a bonus that we could see the fireworks from Disney every evening. The condo had everything we needed plus toys for our son. He loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom and bathroom! Windsor hills is a great community with lots to do for kids. Unfortunately, the new splash pad area wasn't open during our stay. We will definitely be looking to return to this property during our next stay in the area!

We loved staying at this property! All of the children’s amenities in the house made our stay so enjoyable and convienent! I really appreciated how baby proofed the condo was and would absolutely book this property again. We were extra surprised also when we watched the fireworks from the porch because we were expecting a “partial view” (as was noted in the condo description) when really it was a full view of fireworks that we were able to see! Overall we were very pleased!

Home away from Home! If you are looking for a place to stay for your growing family, close to Disney, and a warm resort pool, look no further than this place! The condo looks bigger than the pictures shows, and is nicely decorated. Very different and unique. The best part of the condo has to be the kids room. My kids (3 year old & 1.5 year old sons) loved the room at first sight. It has everything that young family requires without having to bring it from home (i.e. Crib, night light, strollers, toys, xbox, etc). The large container of toys and foosball table occupied the kids. If you plan on using the crib, I recommend bringing your own crib sheet. The condo is well stocked, especially towels. Theres about 6 beach towels and 10+ bath towels. All plugs in the condo were childproof with child plugs on them. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances (blender, toaster, rice cooker, slow cooker/crockpot) and utensils. The resort pool is large and never full. The deepest part is about 4 ft. The entire pool is heated. It also houses a large water slide, and a splash pad (which unfortunately was not opened at the time I went). Disney is so close. I have to estimate 5 mins at min. 10 mins max during rush hour. Walmart is literally right outside the resort as well. Sujit was a great host. He responded quickly to questions and concerns I had. I had no issues during my stay. I definitely recommend staying here for a small family.

Let me start off by saying that this was my absolute FIRST time doing something of this nature as I would normally just stay in a hotel. Well, I must say that I was completely pleased with my experience. Sujit is a pleasant, warm, and caring person who responds very quickly! He really made this process smooth and comforting. Now, as far as the condo is concerned, it is EXACTLY as pictured which I can truly appreciate because no one wants to be bamboozled! I especially liked the fine details and decor such as the faucet in the hall bathroom, the sink in the other bathroom, and the light fixtures. The Mickey Mouse (and gang) murals were nice as well! Oh, I almost forgot, the backsplash in the kitchen is just gorgeous!! You can tell that Sujit cares about his tenants and property. You can’t go wrong staying here!

The check in process was a really simple and the staff was polite and helpful. Upon arriving at the Pad the directions given were direct and easy to follow. Walking into the condo and just admiring the decor was awesome! Kids loved the bunk and the were toys and board games there for our use! Not to mention the Xbox. Completely kid friendly. Having the washer/dryer there made things much easier. Also The pool was great! (Heated) has a hot tub/ whirlpool and we got to try the movie theater which was really cool to have the theater to ourselves. This was my first time ever traveling this way and it was an amazing first experience! I can’t thank Sujit more! So helpful! Definitely recommend and already planning my next stay!!!!!!!!

This 2 bedroom condo is updated and well furnished. There are many entertainment options in the condo to keep children occupied (board games, Xbox, foosball table, toys, DVD's). The resort itself has a wonderful zero entry pool with the deepest part of the pool being 4ft 10 inches. There is a great water slide, fitness center, and arcade for the kids. The condo is furnished with every appliance imaginable (blender, griddle, Keurig, etc). We had a smoke detector running low on batteries and beeping, so I contacted Sujit. Within several minutes, Sujit had brought batteries to the condo and fixed the problem. We had excellent communication and service from Sujit. This was our first VRBO experience and we loved it!

The Mickey theme was fantastic - especially the waffle maker, which we used daily. The kids loved all the amenities (Mickey bed sheets, toys in the condo, the towels for the pool, the video selection in the living room, etc). We'll look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful family vacation staying in Sujit's Mickey Mouse Condo. The place was just as advertised in the photos. Over the years we have rented many properties in Windsor Hills Resort due to it's proximity to the Disney parks and Sujit's condo has been the best rental so far. The bunk bed was perfect for our girls and they enjoyed having their own bathroom. Our bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed. The new Super Walmart a 1/2 a mile away was a bonus! The girls always enjoy the pool and we love that the community is gated. We truly love the closeness to the Disney parks though. Sujit was amazing! He was so incredibly responsive to all of my questions and always professional and kind. We highly recommend this condo and we will definitely look to stay here or at one of Sujit's other properties during our next Disney vacation.

Our stay at the Mickey Mouse Pad was terrific. My husband and I took our 18 month old and my parents to Disney World and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The condo is conveniently located to all the parks and having a brand-new Walmart down the street was great! Sujit’s customer service prior to our stay is also what made our visit so great. His timely responses and ability to assist with any of our needs was highly impressive. Windsor Hills has an awesome pool and overall the environment of the gated community was very clean and felt safe. We’d highly recommend!

Our family just got done staying 5 nights here. Check in at guard shack was simple and quick. The pictures are spot on beautiful condo. Lots of parking out front. 2 elevators to take you up. The kids having their own run was Magical in itself:). Pool was clean and lots of fun, clubhouse was great to. If we had any complaint it would be the bed. I like a innerspring and this is not. Kinda tossed and turned a lot. Looking forward to booking again in the future and telling friends and family about this place.

Very nicely furnished with high end kitchen appliances, really nice TVs and DVD player and fully stocked with all linens and cooking and tableware. Very clean when we arrived. Only concern we experienced was the hot water didn’t last for two showers.

Condo was nice but check in was long as it was busiest season during Christmas . Also to and from the property to the parks is a bumper to bumper drive as that entire area is similar VRBO complexes. Walmart and many restaurants nearby makes life easy.

Our experience with the Mickey Mouse pad could not have been any better! We went with our 1 1/2 year old and it had everything we could have possibly needed. I was surprisingly shocked with how much thought was put into this place! On top of the place being exactly what we needed, the communication with the owner was unbelievable. I always heard back within the hour (usually within a few min) and was so accomidated with any questions or requests I had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to any family!

This was a great condo and perfectly located for our trip to Disney. We stayed here for a week with our two year old daughter. The apartment is very nicely outfitted and is as advertised. It had everything we needed for traveling with a small child. We literally didn't need to bring anything for our toddler. It was so nice to have toys, books, movies, stroller w/ rain cover, etc. there so we didn't have to fly with these items or buy them once there. The location was great. We were able to access all of the parking lots to the parks within 15 minutes or less. Note that the actually time into the main entrances of the parks depends on the parking location, lines, shuttles, etc., so plan accordingly. Grocery stores, Target, and many restaurants are within an easy drive. The communication and check in process was top notch. Overall, a very nice condo at a good value for a Disney trip.

We loved our stay at what my youngest son called his "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse house!" Our kids loved their special room and enjoyed the toys, fooseball table, xbox and mickey pancake maker! The furnishings are lovely and the updates are very well done. Sujit was thoughtful in checking in with us after we arrived and was quick to respond and help with any of our needs. The condo was as pictured. Beautiful and clean upon arrival. My kids (3-4) loved the Mickey themed bedroom and bathroom and didn't want to leave. There are also lots of great extras that we used - double stroller, Mickey pancake maker, kids stool in the bathroom, movies, and toys. My kids also loved the resport pool and castle themed playground. The location was amazing. Very close to Disney which is where we spent most of the time. It took about 16ish minutes to get to most of the Disney parking lots which made it easy to travel back and forth. The owners are also very responsive which is awesome. I highly recommend this condo.

This place is 4th floor, and the view is Awesome.

We found everything in this condo to be exceptional, high end, and very luxurious, including the quality mattress in the master suite, the beautiful furnishings, and even the linens. Every detail has been diligently attended to. The appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is gorgeous. We couldn't have been more pleased to stay here. We only wish our stay was longer. The Disney fireworks were so much fun to watch from the balcony and the enormous pool and water slide were a big bonus as well. Our kids were delighted with their Disney themed room and bunk bed as well as their Disney bathroom. The location is ideal, about a 5-10 min drive from Disney parks and big variety of shopping in the area including Premium outlet mall. We had the pleasure of meeting with the owner who was extremely attentive to all of our needs and questions, and one of the kindest people you could hope to meet. We feel lucky to have found this place and will definitely return here again!

The property was within walking distance to the pool area. We were very close to all the Disney attractions, shopping and restaurants. With a young family, staying in to cook, a can opener, more baking sheets and 9x13 baking dishes would be an awesome addition. The condo was very clean and comfortable for our stay! This was the perfect place to stay for our Disney vacation. My daughter and niece loved the Mickey room. The home was very well equipped for children which was appreciated and the pool area was perfect for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. Having the extra baby items available was extremely nice. We also loved the pool/water park area! The host was very easy to communicate with. My only negatives would be that they only provide 1 roll of toilet paper. We pay a lot of money to not be provided with something as simple as toilet paper for the week. It was the same with trash bags… we were only given 2 and our stay was for 9 nights. I’m not sure why there wouldn’t just be a box of trash bags under the kitchen sink. We were comfortable here though, and enjoyed our stay.

This property is perfect for any family headed to Disneyworld. It’s a quick drive to and from the parks, and a perfect place to rest your weary feet after a long day of walking. We’ll stocked kitchen has everything you may need.

It is really close to Disney. Very clean and comfortable space. We had an issue with the door code at check-in. It hadn’t been reset to the one Sujit had intended to be provided for us. Nevertheless, a quick call of the management staff of the complex and the issue was quickly resolved. Overall we enjoyed our stay/experience very much!

We had last minute change in travel plans and needed a place with good amenities that wasn't Disney. The resort complex had a really nice playground, nice sidewalks to walk along, a game room, and a heated pool. The apartment had several TVs and an xbox as well as air hockey and foosball. The kids were happy and entertained and we were able to rest and relax after a few intense days at Disney. When we had an issue with the air hockey table, Sujit was very responsive and worked to immediately resolve the issue. The "essentials" provided (e.g. towels, soap, etc) are very minimal so do make sure to read the email sent in advance to plan for what to bring or buy. However, I do feel that if the airbnb listing says the apartment has essentials I would expect there would be hand towels and bath mats in the bathrooms, every sink should have hand soap, and there should be enough toilet paper to last the booked stay.

The condo was everything that we expected. We loved the pool and extra beds, games and toys in the kids’ room. Everything was clean and the on-site laundry was a plus.

Would definitely stay again. Location was great for all we wanted to do. It was just as the pictures showed. Beds were comfortable,everything worked properly. Highly recommend this property.

Sujit’s condo was so perfect for our first trip to Disney with two young kids 2 and 5. Literally anything I could think of that kids would need is provided. They loved playing in their themed room with all the toys, games and movies. We had coffee on the balcony most mornings and had a chill day at the pool and arcade in the resort. Walmart super center is just down the street and all the neighbors were quiet plus top floor with an elevator was a plus. We can’t wait to go back!

Mickey Mouse Farmhouse was an excellent fit for our family. The location to the parks was great. The resort pool an amenities were a great addition to a spectacular condo.

This property was absolutely the perfect space for my family of 5. The kids had room to move around and we could still relax at night while they slept in their own beds. The double stroller really came into use at Disney! Highly recommend!

Very good location. Disney world parks are near by and you have easy access to shops and restaurants close to this house.

The complex has a fantastic pool, splash pad, and arcade - lots of included amenities and it was easy to get to Disney from this location. We had a wonderful stay at the Mickey Mouse Farmhouse! I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to stay near Disney property but with a lower price tag! It was very quick and easy to get to the parks. Windsor Hills was very safe and quiet. The condo was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family. We thought the beds were very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool area. Lots of equipment for kids - we were so thankful to be able to take the stroller to the parks each day. A few things to know ahead of time - the condo was warm when we arrived but cooled off within a few hours. The kids room is the warmest, but there is a box fan available in the closet. Bring your own shampoo/soap/dish soap/dishwasher tablets/etc. if you are staying for more than a couple nights. This was not a problem for us since we knew ahead of time (and Sujit does a great job of providing clear information of what is provided in the condo). There are many stores close by. We loved our stay here, and are hoping to book it again the next time we come to Disney World!

This is a great value property. My kids loved the bunkbed and toys. My main gripe is the fact that there was extremely loud construction noise every day - they were doing work on the roof and my kids (1 and 3) would not nap because the noise was scaring them. We had to change our plans the last day so we could get them to nap in the car to save our sanity. We were never notified of the construction. If we would have known beforehand, we would’ve found another place to stay. It made for a frustrating week.

Top floor unit with elevator access. Beds are extremely firm, so be aware if you prefer a more plush mattress. We had an issue with plumbing (water temp) during our stay, and Sujit addressed the issue within an hour. Communication from the owner was superb! TONS of extras for small children (crib, high chair, toys, etc). Overall the unit was nice. Couch is very small, so if you plan to spend lots of time in the condo, consider the seating. Unit is very close to Disney World, about 5-10 mins away. We arrived to check in at 4pm on a Saturday, and the car checkin line was about a quarter mile long. Took about an hour to get our parking pass squared away. We wanted to run out for a quick bite to eat around 7, but the line was still so long we didn’t want to risk spending an hour to get back through the gates. We have stayed at Windsor Hills almost a dozen times, and never had this issue in the past. Maybe it was just fluke.

Sujit’s condo is beautifully decorated and is a great location for if you’re visiting Disney. We were traveling with three young kids and really appreciated the spacious layout for our family to be able to spread out, and the kid gear that was made available was helpful. A few things that caused the lower rating: the door code was malfunctioning so we were locked out twice and there were extremely limited toiletries/amenities provided: very minimal collection of pans, no paper towels or napkins, no body soap in the bathroom, 1 travel size bottle of dish soap, 1 dishwasher pod and 1 trash bag. I understand that if someone rents an air bnb for a long period of time, it would not be an expectation for the host to provide these basics for the duration of the stay, but for a 4 day stay, it felt unreasonable to expect us to buy entire packages of dishwasher tablets, soap and trash bags.

Super close to magic kingdom and animal kingdom. Great amenities. Only negative was the floor in the condo “appeared clean” but we were barefoot and all had to wash our feet BEFORE we went to bed because the bottom of them were so black. So if they’ll mop the floors……..it’s a 5 star rating. Otherwise I can only give a 4. Owner was SUPER to work with.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Mickey Mouse Farmhouse. The location was perfect for what we needed. Everything was close by, and we only had a short drive to Disney. We enjoyed the home as well as the resort amenities. We would love to visit again sometime! The only negative is that it was very muggy in the house, and we weren’t allowed to set the A/C any lower than 73°. This made our visit a little uncomfortable at times, especially with the hot/humid Florida temperatures. Overall though, we had a great stay!

This property met our needs for a fun week at Disney. The location is centrally located to lots of things. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything you would need for kids including toys, highchair, and even a stroller to use. Some cons was that it could be cleaner. I feel like it needs a good deep clean as there was some areas around the baseboards that hadn’t been touched in a while. The living room also needs new furniture. It definitely looks nice but it must be staging furniture because it is hard as a rock to sit on which was a bummer after a long day of walking at Disney. My kids actually preferred to sit on the floor. If they stepped up cleaning and got some more comfortable furniture we would stay here again! Host was great and very responsive to our needs.

I would defiantly book this property again the next time I go to Disney.

The Pros and Cons: Pros: The owner Sujit has excellent communication all thru prompt emails. No questions went unanswered. This condo was just adorable! Very well decorated. It was roomy and accommodated our needs. Three HDTVS are great. We had four adults and one four year old. We used the double stroller due to its sturdier wheels which was perfect for a long day at Magic Kingdom. It was a fast 15 mins away. Our stay was only 3 days and 2 nights but we were able to have easy prepared breakfasts and even a home cooked meal with the kitchen supplies. We even had two pre-registered guests that were able to visit us one afternoon. Only paying guests have access to things like the pool, not visitors. Btw, the preheated pool was a blessing this December! The nearby Walmart had a ton of Disney supplies and souvenirs that we highly recommend! That’s where we also grocery shopped. The Cons: The provided towels are standard size but are one set per person and thin. Our. Cc!! beach towels saved us. Definitely bring towels! There are NO standard large pots. Only small and medium. But what was there worked for our homemade spaghetti meal for four. The condo is definitely clean when walking in. But later we noticed a thick band of dust above all the door frames that need attention. The master bedroom door has a creepy long squeak lol. DW-40 and it will be eliminated. The couch is firm. The mattresses need to be more comfortable. Not the best but we survived. Just be forewarned. The cleaning supplies were very small and basic. So bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap! We picked some up from the Walmart. If you’re going to wash clothes more than once or twice bring your own detergent and make sure that it’s HE detergent for the side by side HE machines. All in all this condo is in a prime location. The CONS do not out weigh the PROS. READ your Welcome Packet thoroughly because it lists EVERYTHING from what’s near you to where to stash your bags in order to stay neat and organized during your stay. I recommend Mickey’s Farmhouse and would rent from Sujit in a heartbeat!

This condo was perfect for my family when traveling to go to the Disney parks. They were all quick to get to. There are many stores just around the corner. The place itself is clean and decorated beautifully! Would highly recommend.

Our family of 7 stayed here for a very last minute trip to Disney and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was for our large family. The kids had such a great time with the foos ball table and air hockey that we could barely get them to leave the room for a swim. Probably the best thing for me was the double stroller provided so we didn’t have to carry kids to the stroller rental at the park.

We rented this condo for a full five days. Check in was very easy to understand. The host was very accommodating at all hours. The condo itself is so cute ! It’s definitely farmhouse chic vibes. So cute! There were a few things here and there that I did mention to the owner. Nothing major ! Just a previous guest had left towels in the unit washer. Which smelled sour. No ones fault ! But he offered to have someone out quickly ! Which was great. My one and only complaint (which wouldn’t keep me from staying again) would be the comfort of the master king mattress. It was pretty hard. I think if you like a more firm mattress, it’s perfect ! But I’m a princess when it comes to beds and I love a fluffy plush mattress ! That was my only con of the whole stay. The rest of the place was amazing as well as the amenities! The condo had a very nice pool. We spent every evening there after returning from Disney. (Which was never more than a 20 minute drive away) That was probably my favorite part out of the whole trip! Thanks again so much for letting us enjoy your condo ! -Alexandra

This was perfect for my family's trip to Orlando. Spacious rooms with all kinds of toys, games, dvds for kids. The pool is crowded, but fun! Easy access in and out. Only downfall was not a ton of seating in the living room. It was still a great stay! The owner is VERY attentive and helpful. We will definitely use him again.

The apartment was clean, the layout super comfortable , the decor make us to feel like at home and fully equipped with everything needed! The condo is a gated community with a nice pool area, and we found the people friendly and welcoming. Last but not least, it is close to Orlando´s main attractions! Sujit is an absolute professional! This is a perfect place to stay! Closer to Disneyworld. Sujit is an amazing host! He answered all of my questions prior to arrival and was always available during our stay. I could never put into words what a phenomenal time we had staying in "Mickey's Farmhouse". Sujit was an absolute dream to work with! I have truly never experienced such pleasant customer service. Any question I had was answered immediately! The condo was so incredibly well equipped. DVDs, toys, high chair, crib, anything you could ever wish for was at our fingertips. This was our second trip to Disney and I was honestly slightly worried about staying outside of the park. I'm so very glad I moved forward with staying here! The memories made are ones that I will cherish for a lifetime. Please do not second guess on any of Sujit's properties! You most certainly will not be disappointed.

We rented this property based on its proximity to Disney World and the convenience of being able to cook meals and do laundry as opposed to staying in a hotel. I was immediately drawn to the farmhouse decor. The unit is open, bright, and welcoming. It slept the 7 of us, including three children, very comfortably. One suggestion I might make is a bit more comfortable seating in the living room area that offers enough space for everyone. We had a couple minor issues, none of which were the owner’s fault. Our issues were promptly addressed and resolved by reaching out to the maintenance manager. One thing worth noting is that the unit is on the fourth floor. The property ad clearly states this, but I didn’t give this detail a lot of consideration when making my decision. However, it does make for a little more work unloading and loading vehicles. Overall though, we were very pleased with the property and found the owner to be accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process.

We loved staying here. We had my kids, husband, and aunts in our family and this place was great for everyone. Our kids all enjoyed the pool, even though the slides weren't working until the last few days we were there. The location is excellent. Disney World was only about 5-10 minutes away. The condo could use a little bit of deep cleaning with the doors, cupboards, and things, but other than that it was great.

Your home was everything I wanted and everything was amazing I loved it and I’ll definitely come back and I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know ever since I got there the rooms were clean and very spacious my daughter enjoyed every minute she was there and even asked can we not leave yet the pool area was nice as well everyone was friendly and helpful thank you for making me daughter birthday something to remember you.

This condo was top notch! Clean, well equipped, excellent facilities, close to the parks, incredibly responsive owners...can’t be beat! We are already excited about when we can return again. We visited with two grand parents and our family of four (5.5 and 4 year old). The kids were well entertained by the toys and absolutely loved the pool. It was also no more than a 15 minute drive to the parks each day. What an excellent find!

If you plan on having a family vacation to Disney World and looking for a place to stay close by, this is the place to be at! This is our second time staying at one of Sujit’s homes (previously stayed at a smaller unit) at Windsor Hills Resort, with no regrets. This unit is quite big, 3 bedrooms, modern rustic style decor with a mickey mouse room for the kids. Kids loved the room and the amenities the room had (toys, air hockey, foosball, xbox). If you plan on using the crib, I recommend bringing a crib sheet. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and new appliances. Smaller appliances include coffee machine, Keurig machine, waffle, toaster, crockpot, and others. Sujit also provided a starter pack of dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, and tide pod. The unit is well stocked with towels. This unit prices may be on the higher side in comparison to others within the resort or in the area, but it is well worth it with the pleasant decor and amenities. This unit is close to everything you need. The Walmart is across a min drive away, Target is 10 mins to the west, and Disney World 5 minutes to the East. Sujit’s properties will always be my first choice for my vacations to Orlando.

Our family of 5 stayed for five nights in this spacious and well equipped condo. The heated pool, water park, playground and on-site toys were a big hit with our two year old granddaughter. This condo is fully equipped and ready to move-in to enjoy your vacation. Sujit promptly responded to all our questions prior to our arrival. We will definitely recommend this condo to all our friends and family members. You will not be disappointed.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very spacious, well laid out and nicely decorated. Having the crib, pack n play, toys, books etc was perfect. I was able to pack light and utilize all of these things. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake. The Mickey pancake maker was a huge hit too. The pool was really nice and warm and a short walk away which our 3 year old loved. Overall we were very happy with our stay! We will likely stay here again in the future!

My family of 5 stayed here the week after Christmas. It had everything that you could think of for the week. It was very clean and in a perfect location to the parks, shopping and dinning. We enjoyed the pool area one day to break up the parks and my 3 kids really enjoyed the pool, water slides, ping pong tables and grille that were all located in the community center. We will definitely stay here again on our next adventure to Disney!

Conveniently located near major Disney attractions (Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot), as well as very centrally located to various shopping areas which made it convenient to get groceries and other misc supplies.

We really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. The property is very well represented in the pictures. Sujit went above and beyond in ensuring our needs were met. The property overall is very secure and we felt very safe. The pool is awesome, our girls loved it! It was great to have strollers available along with the games in the unit. Our only opportunity for improvement is the overall cleanliness which essentially is deeper cleaning that needs to happen more often such as vent dusting, high dusting and really mopping the floors very well. The shower curtain in the kids bedroom needs replaced. Overall, great location outside of the Disney resort. We would recommend this property to friends.

We love this resort and all it’s amenities. The unit itself it clean and decorated nicely. We struggled with the technology though. Some of the remotes didn’t work, weren’t in the right rooms, and/or missing. We weren’t ever able to get the TV to work in the living room and the one in the kids room wouldn’t work with the gaming system. Not a deal breaker because there is so much to do in the complex but while the youngest was napping the other kids wanted to watch something In the other room and we weren’t able to get it to work. Other than that this property offers a great amount of amenities and very comfortable.

We stayed at this property with our 3 young children recently, and we couldn't have been more impressed and happy with this rental. The web descriptions were accurate, the house was very clean, the owner was attentive and checked in with us during our stay, and all the amenities in the condo was great! Our kids didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back!

The condo is very spacious and well laid out. We had groceries delivered the night we arrived so that we were prepared for making meals for the week. Highly recommend!

Sujit was awesome every step of the way for my 7 year old twins birthday celebration at Disney!! We walked in to our beautiful condo to balloons and decorations and a birthday cake. My kids called this the Best Birthday Ever!!!! Every step of booking this beautiful condo was awesome!!! Mickey Mouse waffles, toast and the play room was awesome!!! The resort had a water park and beautiful pool and was clean and inviting!!!! We will be back and this will be our go to condo!!!!

We had a great time staying in this condo. First thing you notice when u walk in is how clean everything is!! No carpets, clean floors. Great kitchen and my kids didn’t want to leave their bedroom/playroom. Highly recommend. The owner is extremely easy to talk to and returns your emails almost immediately.

Sujit is very responsive whenever you have a question. He is very nice and works efficient. He offered me an early check in due to my flight arrival. The location is great and very convenient to Disney parks. If you plan to go to universal studios and SeaWorld, highway 4 has lots of traffic during the rush hours, so avoid that time. The community pool is great but always crowded. The farmhouse condo is comfortable to stay. At children’s room, if the bed sheets and cover can be changed to cotton material, that would be great. My son said too hot at night, he can not sleep..... I am okay lol. Thank you Sujit!

The apartment is beautiful n well equipped we had a wonderful time my little ones loved it the play n pool area was great .my little ones after two days of Disney world they didn’t want to go back there all they wanted was the pool n water park ,This is definitely my spot when we return to Orlando I have recommended this beautiful place to my coworkers in New York because they loved the pictures we took in the apartment Thanks again n u guys are number 1 for sure...

Would not look for better place, This was our 15 or 16 Trips to Disney and so far been to most of the places from resort inside Theme park to Most of the hotels at lake Buena Vista to resorts like Omni and our kids Like this place the most . It has every thing for a family to stay. Very close to all Theme parks (I used my car), Lots of best restaurants within 2-4 Mil. Walmart and other Grocery are close by.

We loved our stay at the Mickey Mouse Farmhouse! The condo was super cute, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of clean towels and the starter supplies were very helpful. I loved the convenience of having a washer & dryer in unit. And my kiddos loved the board games and toys in their room. The unit is incredibly close to Disney World and tons of restaurants. We loved the pool/clubhouse—it was a quick 1-2 min walk from the unit. We had a little trouble working the TVs, but it was taken care of quickly by the property manager. Our family of 5 had a great stay and will definitely book this unit again when we return to Disney!

This was a great spot – well decorated, very clean, convenient to Disney World and other Orlando attractions and overall fantastic. Communication with the property manager was wonderful, he was prompt and very helpful anytime we had a question or needed something. We will definitely be back!

The Mickey Mouse Farmhouse was the perfect place our family of five to stay while visiting Disney. Our girls loved the Mickey themed room complete with toys and movies to watch. My husband and I enjoyed the excitement of being on vacation while still enjoying some conveniences of being at home (separate room from kids, kitchen for prepping food, laundry...) Sujit was kind as accommodating and easy to get in touch with. I definately recommend this condo to families looking for a place to enjoy Disney outside of staying at a resort. The pool is great as well!

Cute does not even begin to describe this condo. I am accused of being a germaphobe by my family and I will say this condo was clean and well kept. My family and I had a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. The property was so family friendly and the pool was not over crowded as it would have been if we’d stayed at one of the amusement park hotels. We had one minor issue of a broken hair dryer and Sujit immediately replaced it before we came home from WDW. We plan to return to Orlando in a few years and I would defiantly stay here again. Thank you Sujit!

This was our first experience in a vacation rental. It couldn't have been any better. The apartment is spacious, and very homey. It is CLEAN! You cannot beat the location, as you are really, really close to Disney World (I've driven longer to get to some of the parks when I've stayed on Disney property); and the parking is right outside the condo, which really is a benefit after a day at the parks. The owner is so kind. He answers any inquiry right away. The only con we found is that the day we visited the pool it was too crowded. However, this is outside of the owner's control; so you can't fault him for that. I HIGHLY recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

A trip to Disney World is incredibly stressful. Having a tranquil setting to call home for the week is a welcomed reprieve. The condo had anything you could wish for and the decor was absolutely beautiful. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. If I ever muster up the courage to return to Disney, I’d definitely stay here again.

If you plan on having a family vacation to Disney World and looking for a place to stay close by, this is the place to be at! This is our second time staying at one of Sujit’s homes (previously stayed at a smaller unit) at Windsor Hills Resort, with no regrets. This unit is quite big, 3 bedrooms, modern rustic style decor with a mickey mouse room for the kids. Kids loved the room and the amenities the room had (toys, air hockey, foosball, xbox). If you plan on using the crib, I recommend bringing a crib sheet. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and new appliances. Smaller appliances include coffee machine, Keurig machine, waffle, toaster, crockpot, and others. Sujit also provided a starter pack of dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, and tide pod. The unit is well stocked with towels. This unit prices may be on the higher side in comparison to others within the resort or in the area, but it is well worth it with the pleasant decor and amenities. This unit is close to everything you need. The Walmart is across a min drive away, Target is 10 mins to the west, and Disney World 5 minutes to the East. Sujit’s properties will always be my first choice for my vacations to Orlando.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at the mickey mouse farmhouse!! It was more spacious than we were expecting and well stocked with family friendly items (including step stools, night lights and kids plates). The unit was very clean and well organized and we enjoyed the nearby amenities, including the pool and tennis courts. The kids loved their room and everyone felt comfortable and relaxed here. We will definitely be recommending this spot to friends and family.

Was a great place to hang out after a long day at Disney. We had our family of 6 plus 2 children. Can’t wait to go back.

This was a great place to stay that was so convenient to Disney World. We could go back and rest with the smallest children. I wish there had been outlet covers on all the outlets but this was minor. We used the crib, pack and play, and the high chair. The bedroom for the children was wonderful and we all had lots of room. We would definitely try to stay here again.

My family very much enjoyed our stay at the Mickey Mouse Farmhouse. The condo was very clean, and decorated in a way that felt like home and cozy. It had everything you would need and we were surprised how quiet it was. We were close to the parks and plenty of restaurants. Excellent communication from Sujit, and he’s put together an informative detailed welcome package. Great stay for families, I’m sure we’ll visit again! Thank you!

Our family had a fabulous time! The condo was perfectly suited to our needs and had everything, including a crib, stroller, and high chair. Mickey Mouse Farmhouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The owners were easy to work with, friendly, and professional. This property is highly recommended and we are looking forward to a return visit in the future!

We had a great stay! Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room! The unit was extremely clean and so beautifully decorated. We loved the kids room! The strollers were amazing to have there. If you are looking to stay close to Disney but not pay the $$ to stay in property, this is a great choice. We enjoyed our pool days- great splash pad for the kids and the adults enjoyed the water slides! Everything was very clean and well maintained. Sujit was a wonderful host, answered our questions and has a great space for families! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Overall our experience in the farmhouse was fantastic! The owners of the property are very responsive to questions and even let us do an early check in which was very much appreciated. The condo was clean when we showed up and had everything we needed to make our stay hassle free! I would highly recommend these properties to anyone who is looking for more space and to save some money by staying outside of the Disney parks!

The condo was beautiful and super clean when I arrived. It had everything that we needed for my 1 and 3 year old. There is a Walmart that is down the street that made for easy stops for things we needed and was a short drive to the parks.

I don't have enough room here to write how positive this Home Away experience was, thanks in great part to the property owner, Sujit, who was kind, knowledgeable, and always readily available to answer questions the family had about the property and surrounding area. The Mickey Mouse Farmhouse was clean and more spacious than even the pictures convey. Even my mother was impressed with the property and she is unbelievably picky regarding cleanliness and organization. The space is very well thought out from the hard wood floors (no carpeting) and comfortable mattresses to the family friendly amenities made available to guests. They even have strollers! There is an entire room dedicated to storing strollers, games, toys, step stools and other essential amenities for families with children. Disney World is a very short and easy drive from the Farmhouse and you can refer to a video on this website which will show you how to get there. I'm so impressed with this property and the amount of thought the owners put into making guests feel at home. Sujit provided an invaluable list of key shopping marts and eateries around Windsor Hills Resort and was able to give me both advice and help setting up the Farmhouse before we even stepped foot in the home. Windsor Hills Resort is full of families with children and the grounds are gated and guarded 24/7. My family and I felt completely safe here. We weren't able to take advantage of all of the features the resort offers but I'm sure you could keep yourself busy even if you never left the Resort grounds. A final thought: My daughter called this her "new home" which I think speaks volumes about the Farmhouse. We all felt really lucky to stay here and look forward to staying here when we visit Disney World again. We left with SO many wonderful memories of this vacation. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved our stay in the Mickey Mouse Farmhouse. We traveled with our 4 year old and 11 month old and could not have asked for a better place to stay. We felt very much at home, enjoyed being able to cook in the beautiful kitchen and loved the awesome kids bedroom fully stocked with toys, strollers, crib, pack n play and many other wonderful, thoughtful extras around the condo. The pool and resort amenities were also top notch. I have already recommended this property to several friends. I really can not say enough good things about the owner and the property.

Our stay at the Mickey Mouse Farmhouse was awesome! This unit has everything you need for a stay with your family- full-size crib, strollers, dvds, Xbox, fooseball, etc. The unit has been beautifully updated. This is by far the nicest unit we have rented within Windsor Hills. We booked last minute and the owners were very quick to get all of the paperwork to us, and the entire process went very smoothly. I highly recommend staying at the Mickey Mouse farmhouse!

Lovely home, the kids enjoyed the games in the kids room. All the comforts of home and then some, like strollers, video games, puzzles. We just loved it! The whole experience from the time we checked in to the time we checked out was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
