Our spacious 3000 sqft 5 bed / 5 bath villa sleeps 12 people comfortably. The lower level has three bedrooms including the two King masters. The second level has two bedrooms. All 5 bedrooms have their own full en-suite bathroom.
Private pool & spa
The screened-in lanai features your very own private pool & spa. Pool heat (optional, for a fee) is recommended during the winter months.

Disney Themed Rooms
The three Disney themed bedrooms have been delightfully decorated with Princess/Frozen theme, Winnie the Pooh theme and of course, Mickey and Friends theme. The Mickey and Princess bedrooms that are on the second level have two twin beds each. The Pooh room which is on the first floor, features a bunk bed with trundle that can sleep 4 (twin + full + twin trundle). All three rooms have Smart TVs and their own en-suite full baths.
Covered Deck & Outdoor Entertainment Area
Ample deck space around the pool with pool lounges for who want to soak up the sun.
Our covered outdoor entertainment area, with upgraded dining furniture, ceiling fan, and a complimentary BBQ grill, makes for the perfect place to lounge, dine or just hang out.
Fully equipped and upgraded eat-in kitchen
The eat-in kitchen has been fully upgraded with new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and every imaginable small appliance. There are ample dishes and cookware to cook a feast for the entire gang. While the Keurig is a favorite among our older guests, the Mickey Toaster and Mickey Waffle Maker are a big hit with our younger guests! Disney themed BPA free dishes have been provided to extend the Disney experience to meal time.
Five upgraded baths
Our home features five full baths which have been lavishly upgraded with granite countertops and high-end fixtures. The two large en-suite master baths have double vanities & oversized rain shower heads while the other bathrooms have upgraded dual head/hand shower combos. All bathrooms have been equipped with their own hairdryers .
Game Room
The real fun begins in the fully functional air-conditioned game room featuring a pool table, air hockey & foosball. A pub table with chairs and a 50 inch 4K TV complete the game room.

GUEST REVIEWS
In the past we've stayed "on property", and this was our first experience "off property" and it was great! The house is just a few minutes from all the Disney parks. My wife and I have two kids, and my Mom was also with us so there really wasn't a good set up at the Disney hotels. This house has a great layout. There are two master suites- perfect for the adults- and three Disney themed rooms that the kids loved! It was nice to be able to spread out and relax after a tiring Disney day. I had a few questions along the way, and Sujit got back to me right away- often within minutes. The place was great and our kids had a blast! It was great for our family, but it would also be plenty big for a larger group- especially two families with kids. Overall, we were really happy with our experience and I would highly recommend this house!
